All ear wires are Sterling Silver.
Our products are handmade here in Leeds, with the finest ingredients! We use natural gem stones alongside Sterling Silver, Metals, Pearls, Crystals, Glass, Shell & Wood & therefore variations in colour & shape may be present. This is not a flaw, this is indeed part of the beauty, making the piece a definite one off as no two products are the same!
Every effort is made to ensure the description & colour are represented accurately throughout our site however, it is possible some slight variations may occur due to the variations in internet browser settings & photographic techniques.
Return Information
We appreciate how difficult it can be to purchase something such as jewellery over the internet & want to ensure you are delighted with your goodies.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied please return the unworn item, in its original packaging, within 7 days of receiving it & a refund/exchange will be given.
We are unable to accept returns on any earrings for hygiene reasons.
To notify us that you would like to return your goodies & be given all the details please contact us at sparklytreasures@zarzarell.co.uk. We also appreciate your comments as to why you would like to return your item, this will help us improve our service.
In the unlikely event that a piece becomes faulty please contact us immediately. We take extreme pride in our work & will look to work with you to rectify the problem, within 12 months of purchase.
Please note that items damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or wear & tear may occur a small charge to cover costs.
Commission Returns:
Throughout the process of creating your customised piece, we will endeavour to work closely with you to ensure you love the piece. Due to the nature of the work we cannot give full refunds or exchanges once you have confirmed you are happy for the design to be completed. Delivery
We offer three postage rates - UK, European and International. Please ensure you select the correct one at the checkout otherwise your order will be delayed.
Once your order has been completed, we aim to ship your goodies within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated).
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
UK Mainland Only - FREE Postage & Packaging
For security all UK orders are dispatched via First Class Recorded Delivery & will require a signature - excluding single greeting cards which will be sent 1st class.
European orders - £5.00 Postage & Packaging
International orders - £7.00 Postage & Packaging
Payment
We use the PayPal payment system to process our online sales. This doesn't mean you have to have a PayPal account. Once you have started the checkout process, you will be taken to the PayPal system. If you want to pay by Credit/Debit card - simply click on the "continue" button above the credit/debit card logos.
